Once the completed enquiry form has been received you will be contacted via email within 24hours with an estimate of cost.

If you decide to go ahead with a booking an appointment date will be agreed, and a booking email will be sent to you.

Upon booking an appointment a deposit of £25.00 will be required by Bank Transfer or PayPal to secure your appointment. Details on how to pay the deposit will be sent to you in the booking email.

Appointments are held for 24 hours, if your deposit has not been received within the 24 hours the appointment will be released back into the diary.

Deposits are refundable if the appointment is cancelled within at least 72 hours of the agreed appointment.

Deposits for cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment will not be refunded.

Please note all refunds will made less a £5.00 admin fee.

Very friendly and clean. There was some confusion with the booking, but they still managed to fit 2 cats in when I arrived. A little expensive as I think more fur could have been brushed off them for the price.£110 and they didn't bathe them

Would definitely recommend and I will be bringing Teddy there for an annual lion cut from now on. He can get heavily matted and isn’t a fan of the brush. He’s been for cuts elsewhere and it’s been a struggle but there was no issue here. Did a lovely job and now his matted spots are gone hopefully his fluff will grow back nice and evenly without patches

Absolutely incredible couple doing amazing things for cats!! My boy was a little tricky but he was handled so so well. Very reassuring and you can tell they are so passionate about cats. Although my Reggie wasn't a huge fan of it I've had the most amazing day with the cats and learning lots from Damien, You two are a credit and should be proud, wish there was more people that cared about cats like you do! My cat was in need of grooming due to becoming matted in his old age. After a home visit where Gizmo was more than vocal & a little bit violent he's now like a new cat. He feels so soft, his claws no longer get caught in my clothes & he seems happier. Thoroughly recommend this service.

Rocky is a Persian kitten who had become very matted. I knew he possibly needed a lion clip and he couldn’t have been in better hands. What a beautiful set up! No judgement from the lovely groomer who made us and Rocky feel very much at ease. The whole experience was pleasurable for our lovely kitten who was left looking and feeling fabulous.
